How to print a document
To create our idea for our video we first wrote down the steps that it takes to print a document. To make these decisions we talked about our ideas with each other and mixed in a bit of everyones ideas to get our result in which we were all involved. We then looked up the six different video angles and figured out how they could be used in our video. Sadly I was not able to be here when we recorded our video so lets skip right to the editing. Once I got the videos we took from the e9 server I imported them into adobe premiere pro. Once I had done this I could watch all the videos we had taking and put them together to make a video.
In this project my role in the collaborative part of the project was not big because I was not here when we recorded but I did learn the basics of premiere of pro, how to manage my time to get the video edit done on time. I did not get to learn that much about leadership, collaboration, or communication though. The experiences have given me the idea to work a bit more with audio and animation next time in my video because after watching the video I feel like thats what makes it interesting.
Some things I may do different are try to learn how to cut clips so that they aren't just from where the character enters and exits the frame but maybe have them already in the frame or cut it with them still in the frame because it cuts down time on the video and helps keep interest. Some things I may keep do the same are cutting unimportant steps in the video to fit the time limit because I felt like there were a lot of unimportant steps recorded that I did a good job of cutting out of the video. Overall, this was a good starting project to help us get used to the application and to get us prepared for harder more detailed projects.
